Our friendly Accredited Practicing Dietitian is available by appointment to help with a number of issues, including obesity, diabetes, heart disease, gastrointestinal disorders, malnutrition and food allergies/intolerances.

Dietitians are university-qualified health professionals that can provide you with scientifically-proven methods, support and motivation to help you achieve your goals and improve your life. Medicare and private health insurance rebates are available.

Nicola is our DAA accredited dietitian and nutritionist. She completed her Masters degree in Dietetics at the University of Queensland, and prior to that a Bachelor of Health Science majoring in nutrition at QUT.

Everybody eats, every day and it should be enjoyable. Nicola has a passion for trying new foods and a knack for making good choices simple and enjoyable. Nicola understands the importance of individuality and strives to provide dietary advice and meal plans which meet different lifestyle and family needs.

Having experience in hospital, community and private practice settings, she is able to manage a wide range of conditions but has particular interest in the management of Irritable Bowel Syndrome, healthy weight loss, diabetes, vegetarian diets and aged care.

If you are under a Medicare Chronic Disease Management Plan (EPC) or hold a DVA Gold Card, your visit will be bulk billed or alternatively, private health insurance rebates are available.
